Indigo Gym in Gulberg Lahore has been around for over 35 years and has established itself as one of the most reliable fitness centers in the city. However, many people do not know how to get started at Indigo Gym, especially since it’s one of the biggest gyms in the area. Indigo gym is a ladies-only gym and has been a great place for me to get back into shape. It’s centrally located, super clean, and has all the equipment you need. It’s not too crowded but there are also days when it’s packed with ladies eager to work out. Here are some of the reasons I love it so much.

The equipment available includes treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and free weights. There’s also a ladies’ gym available with cardio equipment designed specifically for women.

Indigo gym has many different fitness classes, including spinning, aerial yoga, yoga, Zumba, and boot camp. The ladies’ gym is a special section of the gym that offers classes specifically targeted towards women like Pilates and mommy and me.

Some of these fitness classes include Aqua Aerobics, Body Attack, Body Tone, and Boxercise. You can also check out their menu of group fitness classes if you’re interested in trying something different. Most of these group classes are taught by instructors who have been certified by international organizations like ACE and ACSM.

The group fitness team at Indigo is constantly introducing new routines, so be sure to check out their schedule online before heading over. The gym also has a functional area with weight training machines as well as free weights available for use by members. You can find everything from cardio equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes to strength training machines like leg presses, lateral pull-downs, seated row, and leg extension machines throughout it all.
