MyEnvoyAir: Login and Registration Details for 2022

In order to login to MyEnvoyAir, you’ll need your member ID and PIN number. Your member ID can be found on your card, which will look like this: 123456-1234567890ABCDEF The last eight digits are your PIN number. To make sure you’re in the correct year, look at the left side of the card and make sure it says 2022 before using this information.

Change Number

Change your password to align with new information. Click on Forgot password? and then click Generate. This will create a new, unique password linked to your MyEnvoyAir account. The new password must be at least 10 characters long, with one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character (e.g., !), or one of these symbols!$@^*<> or any combination thereof. Once you’ve entered that into an input field, it will confirm your email address for you automatically if it’s correct or ask you to try again if it’s not; in either case it will also inform you that an email has been sent containing a link which can be clicked to reset your password instantly.

Enter Password

You must enter a password to access your MyEnvoyAir account. The password cannot be longer than twelve characters, may contain spaces, special characters ( ! @ # $ % ^ & * () + = [ ] { } \ : ;  ‘ ), and numbers. It is case sensitive! We recommend that you use a combination of letters, numbers, capitals (upper-case), and symbols when creating your password in order to make it difficult to guess. Additionally, we require that you create at least two different passwords; it is important to use different passwords on each website or application that requires a unique login.

My Envoy Air has an account reset function. On your first login, click on Forgot Password? on your Sign In page to enter an e-mail address associated with your account. We’ll send a one-time passcode to that address with instructions for you to set a new password and confirm it. Be sure to use [email protected] as your e-mail so we can help you better! Click on Save when finished. Confirm Your Email Address Before we proceed, please confirm that you have access to (1) at least 10 minutes of uninterrupted time and (2) an active internet connection, preferably WiFi in order to best protect our customers’ privacy.

Please enter your username  MyEnvoyAir or email address in the text box above. We’ll send a one-time passcode to that address with instructions for you to set a new password and confirm it. Be sure to use [email protected] as your e-mail so we can help you better! After clicking Save, click on Forgot Password? again. You  MyEnvoyAir will receive an email from us containing your account recovery options. Click on Check Your Email Address if you have trouble accessing it through My Account > Forgot Password? MyEnvoyAir The rest of these screens will guide you through creating a new password, confirming it, and requesting a temporary code via SMS message (you will not be charged). Once logged in successfully, please refer back to My Account > Profile Page to change your password.

Receive Email Confirmation

As a courtesy, you will receive an email confirmation when your MyEnvoyAir account is created. This makes it easy to access all MyEnvoyAir features right away, without needing to remember a username or password. Once you have registered, feel free to log in using your email address as both your username and password. Your login is case-sensitive so make sure you enter it correctly in all capital letters with no spaces between each letter or number. You can also change your password from within your profile by selecting Profile from the drop-down menu next to login at the top of any page on our site.
